Policies and Procedures regarding booking services
Consultations are free to meet with a member of the coaching staff. They are a way for coaching staff to get to know you and also establish your needs. Consultations are 30 mins only and require your card to be on file in case of missed appointments. When booking your consultation you receive a confirmation email and you will also receive a reminder email 24 hours before your appointment. It is your responsibility upon booking to remember your appointment and show up to your appointment. The money charged to the card will not be refunded if an appointment is missed. If you know you will need to reschedule your appointment please email email@example.com to inform the coaching staff a head of time.
All services that require an fee to be paid before meeting with coaching staff will be your responsibility to remember and show up to your appointment. A confirmation email is given immediately after booking a paid service. 24 hours before an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email as a reminder that your appointment is the next day. You will also receive a text if you signed up for text reminders. Coaching staff will attempt to reschedule with you one time. If an appointment is missed two times or more your money will not be refunded. If you know you will need to reschedule your appointment please email firstname.lastname@example.org to inform the coaching staff a head of time.
Please be on time to your appointment. The Coach's time is valuable and they're making time to give you the best service. Please be mindful of this.
